Baan Wang Wa agritourism and cultural tourism community is a group of people in the community who want to preserve the community’s way of life. Baan Wang Wa community has many activities for tourists to do, such as
•Taste traditional local food “Karang”. It tastes like peanut butter and is made from boiled cubes (wild almond) and roasted on the fire. Before pounding thoroughly, mix sugar and salt. It can eat with steamed rice or with bread
•Weaving Catathea mats is a new product of the community. It is made from Catathea tree, which is a forest tree growing in the community. People bring the tree to be wickered as household items such as mats, coasters, etc.
•Homestay with food service
•Rafting activity to see mangrove forest in Khlong Kra Pi Canal. This is an ancient canal of the community. A tour to see a hundred-year-old of cubes (wild almond)
•Watch the children antiphonal singing (Lamtad) show and other activities.
The cost is 1,000 baht for each base. An unlimited number of people participating in the activity.
